Refund Policy

Paid Reports
Paid reports are generated and delivered after checkout. Because these are digital deliverables, completed report purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated and emailed or displayed.
Duplicate or Failed Orders
If you were charged twice, did not receive a deliverable, or purchased the wrong record by mistake, contact support within 7 days with the checkout email and record name. We will review the Stripe session and delivery logs.
Subscriptions
Workspace and monitoring subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe billing portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund prior billing periods unless required by law or approved after review.
Enterprise Services
Enterprise onboarding payments are reviewed case by case based on work already performed, custom setup, and agreed scope.
