Information We Collect

We collect information you submit through checkout, support requests, lead forms, workspace actions, and report purchases. This can include name, email, company, selected records, checkout session identifiers, and messages you send us.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. DataVerityHub stores payment status, plan, amount, customer email, Stripe session/customer identifiers, and delivery metadata. We do not store full card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use information to deliver paid reports, send receipts or report emails, operate workspaces, respond to support requests, monitor source changes, prevent abuse, and maintain audit logs.

Analytics and Session Replay

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, including clicks, scrolling, page visits, device/browser details, and session replay signals. We use this data to improve search, checkout, report previews, accessibility, and site reliability. Do not enter sensitive personal information into open-text fields unless it is needed for support or checkout.

Public Records

Many report fields come from public records and official source systems. Public-record content may remain available from those sources even if you contact us about a report correction.

Retention

We retain transaction records, generated report metadata, support requests, audit logs, and source records as needed to operate the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain source provenance.
